Masala Dabba Spice Box with Spices
Sereena, Alexa and Priya Kaul’s family left Kashmir to live in Derbyshire, UK in the 1970s, and grew up rushing home from school to watch their mother make delicious dahl, comforting korma and spicy rogan josh with fresh spices brought from Kashmir. And it is these flavours that they are showing people how to recreate with their spice boxes and cook book (available separately).
This box xomes with stainless steel boxes with the names of each spice engraved upon them and 13 indian spices: Coriander, Chilli, Cumin, Fennel, Garam Masala, Ginger, Turmeric, Cardamon, Cloves, Cumin seeds, Mustard seeds, Bay Leaves and Cinnamon sticks.
